Testimonials
“It has changed everything! Our house is calmer and our walks are a pleasure. Honestly, I wish we did this a long time ago.”
– Judy Smith
“100% recommend College for Pets! Our boy, Memphis just returned home from his first 5 weeks of the Lodge and Train program and he is a changed dog. He is already so much more confident. We can’t wait to see what the coming months have to offer as we all continue to grow together and strengthen the amazing skills he’s acquired.”
– Clanci Giddings
“I am blown away by the work White Mountain College for pets did for my and my dog. My dog is a 4 year old Italian Greyhound who is very high energized and wreaked havoc in my house. She jumped out on counters to steal food, bolted away from me, wouldn’t let me put her harness on her, and was an awful food stealer. From the beginning, they kept my expectations realistic and were very patient with me and my question. When Gidget came home from the board and train I was just blow away by the progress she made. I can put her harness on her! She (most of the time) comes when I call her. She is able to play outside without being attached to me. She hasn’t stolen food since her return home. She is still her energetic self, but she is much more well behaved. I thought training Gidget was a lost cause (multiple other training attempts were). They cared for her like she was their dog and did an amazing job with her. Anyone looking for a committed training school for there “hopeless to train” dog, this is definitely the place!”

How to Get Started!
To begin, clients are encouraged to schedule a call to discuss their pet’s situation and goals, as their approach is not one-size-fits-all. Based on this input, a customized program recommendation will be created to help the pet and owner succeed. The aim is to provide the knowledge, systems, and support needed to achieve lifestyle goals, whether it’s a relaxed home pet, a skilled service dog, or the ability to explore the world together.
For group classes, enrollment is done through an online form. For the Right Start Puppy Program, an enrollment application must be completed and submitted 48 hours before the first class. Puppies must be between 8 and 12 weeks old at the start of the first Module 1 session and must have received their first round of vaccinations, including Canine Cough, and a negative fecal parasite test. For service dog training, interested individuals need to answer a few short questions via an application form to help the team prepare the best program outline.
