The Winnegamie Dog Club offers 6-week training classes including Basic & Intermediate Manners, K9 Fitness, Trick Dog, Agility, Obedience, Rally, and Scent Work. These classes prepare dogs for more advanced competitive venues and AKC breed competitions. Drop-in classes are also available for Intermediate Manners, Conformation, Open Floor Obedience/Rally, Open/Utility Level Competition Obedience, Excellent/Master Rally, and Agility. Basic Manners Orientation is a mandatory, no-dogs-allowed session held before classes begin.
Pricing & Policies
Pricing Summary
Class prices are $95.00 for 6-week sessions. Drop-in classes are free for active WDC members, $10 for regular WDC members, and $15 for non-members. Virtual Teamwork agility class is $50. Payment and vaccination records are due the Tuesday before classes start.
Policies
Dogs are not automatically moved to the next session; re-registration is required. Online registration is mandatory during the registration period, and walk-ins are not accepted for any classes. Payment and vaccination records (DHLPP & Rabies) are due the Tuesday before classes start. Puppies require age-appropriate shots, and owners should consult their veterinarian about attending class before full vaccination.
About the Trainer
The Winnegamie Dog Club, located in Menasha, Wisconsin, is an all-breed dog club affiliated with the American Kennel Club. Established in 1958, the WDC aims to advance the cause and welfare of both purebred and mixed-breed dogs.
The club offers training programs, conformation shows, obedience and agility trials, fun matches, and educational programs for both members and non-members. Members receive additional benefits such as access to the building and exercise yards, a library, a monthly newsletter, and discounted seminars.
The Winnegamie Dog Club’s Progressive Motivational Training Program focuses on educating the public with dog-friendly, positive training methods to strengthen owner-dog relationships and integrate dogs into families and communities. They provide a variety of classes, from Basic Manners to advanced competitive obedience, agility, scent work, tricks, and tracking, as well as Conformation classes for AKC breed competitions.
The club is 100% volunteer-run and hosts various dog-related events throughout the year, including trials, testing for Canine Good Citizen, Trick Dog, and Farm Dog Certification, an annual Fun Match, and an AKC All Breed Conformation Show. They also offer specialized workshops and a Canine First Aid and CPR class. Members volunteer with their dogs in local parades and visit nursing homes.

How to Get Started!
Registration occurs in three steps: waitlist dogs from the previous session sign up first, followed by continuing students, and then new student registration opens with links posted online. Classes fill quickly, so signing up on the waitlist during the registration period is recommended for future priority. Students must register online. An email list is available for updates on training classes and workshops.
