Wolfpack Canine offers a range of training and care programs designed to meet individual dog needs. Their Board & Train programs are personalized one or two-week intensive stays that begin with a comprehensive evaluation to understand the dog’s personality, strengths, weaknesses, and training goals. Daily updates, including photos and videos, are provided to owners, and a free 90-minute go-home session is included to teach owners how to maintain and continue training at home. These programs include training collars and a Mini Educator E-Collar.

Customized Training Programs are structured in three stages: Foundation Skills (basic commands, leash manners, impulse control), Skill Building (advanced commands, increased distractions), and Reliability and Advanced Skills (refining obedience, tricks, problem-solving). These programs apply operant conditioning principles, focusing on positive reinforcement and negative punishment. A free initial consultation is offered to assess needs and recommend the best approach.

Specific training options include Food Luring Training, a purely positive 6-day program using food rewards to guide desired behaviors. Leash Training offers On-Leash and Off-Leash/E-Collar programs, both 6 days long. On-Leash training introduces dominant dog collars, slip leads, or prong collars in a positive manner, focusing on leash manners, place work, and recall. Off-Leash/E-Collar training uses remote training collars for gentle enforcement or fair correction. 1-on-1 Private Training sessions are available for clients who complete a 6-Pack of Day Training, focusing on educating owners to continue training methods.

The Day Camp program provides a safe and supervised environment for dogs to play, socialize, and engage in activities like agility, tunnel, A-frame, dog walks, pole jumps, treadmill work, frisbee, and chuck-it. A temperament evaluation is required for Day Camp approval. Overnight boarding includes complimentary daycare, spacious kennels with raised beds, dedicated staff supervision, around-the-clock cleaning, and medical administration for oral medications. Aggressive dog handler options are available for dogs with special needs.

Policies

Wolfpack Canine has specific requirements and policies for its services. For all training and daycare programs, dogs must be at least 16 weeks old (4 months for Day Camp) and fully vaccinated with Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Kennel Cough (Bordetella) certificates. Canine influenza vaccination is recommended but not required. All dogs must be free of fleas and parasites.

For Day Training and Day Camp, drop-off hours are 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM, and pick-up hours are 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM. These hours are non-negotiable. Late drop-offs after 9:00 AM are not permitted. A $10 late fee is charged for pick-ups after 6:00 PM (with a 5-minute grace period), and dogs not picked up by 6:15 PM will be boarded overnight with a $30 fee. All dogs must wear a flat collar with a nametag. Dogs with severe kennel/crate anxiety should not be enrolled.

For overnight boarding, dogs over 10 years old or those in heat (Estrus) will not be boarded. Only food is required for boarding; chew-proof toys and treats are optional (no stuffed animals). Blankets and bedding are provided. Oral medications can be administered free of charge, but injections or syringe medications are not. While all dogs are vaccinated against kennel cough, clients are responsible for educating themselves on contagious diseases, and dogs showing symptoms will not be allowed in the facility.

For Board & Train programs, a comprehensive evaluation is conducted before the dog starts the program. For Day Camp and Boarding services, a first-day daycare evaluation is required to ensure the dog is a good fit for their group programs; the cost of this evaluation is equal to one full day of camp.
