Pricing & Policies

Pricing Summary

Wonder Dogs offers various programs including group classes, private lessons, and behavior consultations. On-demand lectures and workshops are available for $29.00 each.

For private training, a $50.00 cancellation fee applies for less than 72 hours notice, and same-day cancellations or no-shows are billed in full. Group class refunds are partial (50%) if withdrawn within the first three weeks, or full (100%) with a doctor/vet note, but no refunds or transfers are given after three weeks.

Policies

For group training, if a dog is sick, humans may attend in person without their dog or via Zoom. Group makeup sessions and drop-ins are offered twice monthly for a nominal fee. If withdrawal from a class occurs within the first three weeks, 50% of remaining classes can be refunded or transferred once. If withdrawal is due to unexpected human or dog injury, 100% of remaining classes can be refunded or transferred once with a doctor/vet note. No refunds or transfers are offered after the first three weeks of class.

For private training, a 72-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel, otherwise a $50.00 cancellation fee applies. Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments are forfeited and billed in full. All puppies require their first round of shots before attending puppy class and need to be up to date on vaccinations for their age, aligning with AVSAB’s position statement on socialization vs. vaccination. Intact dogs are welcome; females in season must wear dog britches.

Testimonials

“Jenn and her team are absolutely amazing and professional and knowledgeable. We went all the way to Portland for a consult with one of the very few certified behavioral specialists in the area and I can honestly say that I found Jenn’s consultation to be much, much more useful with applicable advice and suggestions immediately after the consult. We have enrolled our dogs in her classes and look forward to recommending her team to everyone looking for consults and classes!”
– Rena Chen, wonder dogs student

“Every single trainer that we have encountered at Wonder Dogs is incredible. We have taken a total of 4 different classes here now with our 1.5 year old PitBull pup. She has come so far when it comes to her overexcitement when encountering other people and dogs. I am so grateful for this place and all of the tools my pup and I have learned. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Thank you, Wonder Dogs.”
– Lizzie Rivas, wonder dogs student

“We LOVE our ONLINE classes. We get QUALITY training without having to leave home — very convenient as we live an hour away.”
– Donna McCoy, Wonder Dogs Student
