Woof Houze Academy offers several distinct programs designed to foster a strong bond between dogs and their guardians. Connection Coaching is a 4-8 week hybrid program focused on building trust and communication, serving as a relationship-first alternative to traditional obedience training.
Code Red Coaching provides behavioral intervention for complex emotional and safety-based challenges, such as fear, aggression, reactivity, or anxiety. This custom 8-12 week program includes in-depth consulting, safety plans, and guardian coaching.
The Connection Academy is a full-day enrichment and learning experience, available part-time or full-time. This day school supports behavior, social learning, and confidence in a low-ratio, kennel-free setting, requiring an application and a 5-step enrollment path.

About the Trainer
Woof Houze Academy is a dog training business that focuses on relationship-based coaching, aiming to nurture a bond rooted in trust, emotional intelligence, and deep connection between guardians and their canines. They go beyond traditional obedience training to empower guardians, especially those often underrepresented in pet spaces, to lead with confidence, compassion, and cultural awareness.
The academy promises to educate families and build bridges, championing a new standard of canine care that is force-free, inclusive, and grounded in respect. In addition to training, Woof Houze offers fear-free grooming, a canine retail shop, and “Hooman Classes” such as CPCR training (CPR for pets).
Accomplishments
Woof Houze Academy boasts over 30 years of experience in canine behavior and over 20 years of experience in holistic wellness. They are certified behavior specialists and relationship-first educators.
The academy was founded by Adia S. Washington, a seasoned Family Dog Mediator and behavior expert, who holds certifications as a Lead Consultant, LDFM-B, CDBC, CSAT, and CCN.
