Accomplishments

Kim has been involved in the pet industry for over 15 years, initially as a buyer for major pet food and product brands. She was coached by world-renowned K9 Personal Protection trainer Donell Watson, founder of South Bay Malinois, where she learned agility training, high-level obedience, and controlled aggression.

Her accomplishments include co-founding a working dog supply company, Stealth K9, and co-founding Pawsitive Energy, a non-profit supporting local communities and their pets. She has facilitated obedience workshops for other trainers and handlers, and her trained dogs have tested agility and obstacle course equipment on season one of A&E’s America’s Top Dog. Kim was featured on Karen Pryor’s Clicker Expo 2019, YouTube’s Dogumentary “Woman Handling Powerful Dog Breeds: Black Belgian Malinois,” and Voyage LA. She also earned a 2nd Place finish in the Iron Dog Heavy Hitting contest and holds ABCDT and WODTDT dog training certificates, in addition to being Pet CPR/First Aid certified.
