Testimonials

“We have been coming back to Your Dog’s Place for classes for over two years now, because it’s such an amazing experience. The atmosphere is friendly and professional. Both dogs and owners are treated with sensitivity and respect at all times. Not only is it great fun and a good chance to bond with your pet, but it introduces friendly training methods that help your dog become a polite companion that can come with you wherever you go.
In fact, I wish we knew about Your Dog’s Place when we had our other dogs. Our two-year-old Golden has been by far the easiest puppy we ever raised largely due to the techniques and training methods we learned from Sue. We can take our dog anywhere!”
-Nancy Ference

“We board our rescue dog Feenie with Sue when we go away, because Sue is a former animal shelter director with decades of experience in animal behavior and knows how to make dogs comfortable and happy. And when we know Feenie is in such good hands we’re able to enjoy our trips even more. My wife, Helen, and I have also taken Feenie for training classes at Your Dog’s Place and Feenie learned a lot.”
–Roger Gill

“Lilly, Sheri, and I enjoy the variety of classes at Your Dog’s Place. We have been in Puppy Kindergarten and Rally, done Nose Work and gone hiking, and Lilly completed her Therapy Dog training and Canine Good Citizenship certification, all at Your Dog’s Place. Sue successfully blends several different styles of training and is well versed in dog psychology. Her patient, relaxed approach puts you at ease as she helps you find what works for you and your dog.”
–Marilyn Sheridan
