Their **Board & Train** programs, ranging from $1750-$2500, include a Puppy Program (10 weeks-6 months) with two weeks of in-trainer’s-home boarding focusing on potty training, crate training, and basic manners. The Life Skills Program (6 months and older) offers two weeks of facility-based boarding and training for a solid foundation of manners. Both include daily enrichment, individual sessions, Google album updates, online course access, field trips, a transfer lesson, and a follow-up lesson. Dogs in these programs receive 3-5 training sessions per day.
**Day Training** programs, priced from $850-$1750, are designed for busy owners. The 6-week Day Training Program involves dogs attending twice weekly for six consecutive weeks, receiving three individual training sessions daily, day school participation, field trips, and follow-up support. A Refresher Day Training Program is available for graduates, and the Adventure Day Program, offered on Fridays, focuses on advanced manners in public settings with field trips.
**Private Lessons** offer one-on-one customized training. The Private Lesson Program costs $750 for four 1-hour sessions at the facility, client’s home, or a public location. Virtual Lessons are available for $375 for four 1-hour sessions via Google Meet. Both include resources, notes, and homework.
**Group Classes** are typically 5-week sessions. Puppy Kindergarten (10 weeks-6 months) covers basic manners, socialization, and common puppy issues like potty training and nipping, including off-leash play. Basic Manners (6 months and older) teaches foundational cues and addresses barking and jumping in real-life scenarios. Intermediate Manners (4 months and older) builds on basic cues by adding distance, distraction, and duration. The Advanced: Canine Good Citizen Prep Class prepares dogs for the AKC CGC test, with evaluation at the end. ZenDog also hosts free monthly Group Walks for socialization and practice, and a one-hour Puppy Social class for young pups to explore and play.
**Day School** is a members-only, structured program focusing on quality play, good manners, daily enrichment, and one-on-one staff time, with designated nap breaks. It’s a limited capacity program with small groups and a low staff-to-dog ratio. Day School packages are available in various day counts.
**Boarding Services** are exclusive to members, offering 12 suites with amenities like Kuranda cots, calming music, Day School access, enrichment, treadmill use, and personalized care. They accept unaltered dogs and provide complimentary baths for longer stays. Updates are provided via a personalized Google Album.

Policies
ZenDog requires an Introductory Lesson before registering for any training program. For Board & Train programs, dogs must be up to date on rabies, distemper, bordetella, and parvo vaccines, and have a negative fecal exam within 30 days. Puppies under 16 weeks are only eligible for the Puppy Program. For Puppy Kindergarten, proof of at least two rounds of vaccinations from a veterinarian and a negative fecal is required.
Membership is required for Day School, Boarding, and Grooming services. Day School requires an evaluation and membership, and dogs must pass a temperament test. Membership has no contract and can be canceled or paused at any time; however, reapplication requires a minimum three-month wait and another assessment if it’s been over six months since the last visit.
For Board & Train, owners are welcome to visit their dog by calling ahead, though trainers may recommend limiting visits for anxious dogs. Updates are provided via email, social media, and a personal Google album, with lengthy updates typically sent weekly. ZenDog accepts unaltered dogs for boarding, with specific policies available.
