Monthly memberships auto-renew and can be canceled anytime with access continuing through the current billing cycle. No refunds after first class. For Membership Plus, two no-shows within 30 days result in loss of unlimited access and requirement to switch to a defined class plan. Cancellations require 24-hour notice via app, internet, or phone. All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper/DHPP, Bordetella) and be social with humans and dogs. Aggressive dogs are asked to leave. Veterinary records must confirm same household for shareable memberships.
