All the trainers have been very helpful, supportive, and kind. Especially when Hendrix is hesitant to participate (most likely because he doesn’t care for his harness and leash). In our recent sessions, Jillian has been so helpful getting Hendrix out of his shell. She has gone beyond to hype him up, get him active, and make class fun.
