Policies
Once an order is placed and work begins, cancellations or changes are unlikely due to expended labor and materials. For dumbbells and attention trainers, full payment is required before machining. For scent articles, a 50% deposit is required with the remainder due before shipping. Returns are accepted within 15 days only if the product is unused and in new condition with original packaging. Defective items will be repaired or replaced at the company’s option. If the customer made an error, a 10% discount is offered on replacements. If the company made an error affecting form, function, or fit, replacement is free.
