Oriole Dog Training Club offers regularly scheduled and affordable dog obedience training classes and various dog sports events. Introductory classes include Puppy Kindergarten, Basic Obedience, Advanced Basic Obedience, Introduction to K9 Nose Work®, and Foundations for Agility & Other Dog Sports. Advanced classes cover Agility, Conformation, Flyball, K9 Nose Work, Obedience, Rally, and Tracking.
Introductory classes are offered every 6 weeks or in an 8-week session format within club semesters (Fall: September-December, Winter: January-March, Spring: April-June, Summer: July-August). Advanced classes are generally offered in a 10-week session format organized into Fall, Winter, and Spring semesters, with a reduced schedule in Summer. The club also provides run-throughs (practice trials), seminars (lectures by experts with working or audit spots), and workshops (one-shot extended training sessions).

Pricing Summary
Oriole Dog Training Club offers very affordable dog obedience training classes. Fees for run-throughs are $15 for non-members, $10 for members, and $5 for contributing members. Member discounts apply to class fees, but not for late registration. Payment is accepted via cash or check. A $10 cleaning fee is charged for accidents in the building, and handlers are responsible for the cost of AKC CGC tests.
Policies
Oriole Dog Training Club follows Baltimore County School weather closures for cancellations. Participants should check the run-through page for last-minute updates. A $10 cleaning fee applies for accidents on the turf. Indoor crating requires waterproof covering, and only non-crumbly, non-staining treats are allowed on the sports field. Food, gum, and staining drinks are prohibited on the sports field. Dogs must be relieved in designated outdoor areas. Crating in the front of the building or near the front of the sports field is not permitted on weekdays during business hours (7:30 am – 5:00 pm). Used crates should be wiped down. Registration opens at specific times, and incorrect member level selection will cause delays. Waitlists are available for full classes. Online registration is preferred, but mail-in is an option. Dogs that bark excessively in crates or during training should not be registered for daytime classes. For auditor spots in certain classes, handlers may not miss more than two classes.

Mail-in registration is also an option using forms from the printed or online catalog. If a class is full, clients can contact the Registrar via email to be added to a waitlist. Auditor spots are available for some classes upon request and require permission from the instructor or registrar, with auditors not bringing dogs to class.
