He is a former police officer and K9 handler for the Anaheim Police Department for 23 years, assigned to SWAT and as a Detective in Family Crimes and Sex Crimes. He received Officer of the Year (1993) and The Distinguished Service Award (1994).
Falco K9 Academy has trained over 1000 Police K9 Teams and thousands of pet dog owners. Andy has been featured on Disney Channel, Animal Planet, and National Geographic, and assisted Cesar Milan. He is a court-recognized expert witness since 1990.
As an author, his book “Dog Sniff Evidence” is an Amazon #1 bestseller, and he has written 5 other books. He is also the producer/director of Falco TV Production Company, with videos viewed by hundreds of thousands.
