Programs include puppy training (foundations for 8 to 20 week old puppies, house manners, socialization, and leash skills), basic through advanced obedience (loose-leash walking, recall, focus, and off-leash reliability), and behavior modification for reactivity, fear and anxiety, resource guarding, separation distress, and excessive barking. Naples Dog Academy also offers AKC STAR Puppy and Canine Good Citizen prep and evaluation, family and child education, enrichment work, and help choosing a new puppy or rescue. Sessions are delivered privately in your home, with occasional group classes and virtual coaching.
Pricing & Policies
Pricing Summary
Training is offered in packages rather than single sessions. An initial consultation is $75 for 60 minutes and is credited toward your package if you continue, a behavioral consultation is $100 for 90 minutes, and puppy socialization sessions are $75 for 50 minutes. Policies
Cancellations made four or more days ahead receive a full refund, and cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund. Naples Dog Academy does not accept severe aggression cases (bite levels 5 and 6) and refers complex behavior cases to a veterinary behaviorist.

About the Trainer
Naples Dog Academy is an in-home dog training business serving greater Naples and Southwest Florida with a 100% positive-reinforcement, force-free approach. Founder and lead trainer Alle Deuschle built the academy around what she calls Science-Based Learning, grounded in modern behavior science and the LIMA framework (Least Intrusive, Minimally Aversive).
Training starts where your dog is most comfortable, at home, and gradually progresses to real-world settings like parks, sidewalks, and busy public spaces. The team never uses shock collars, prong collars, fear, or intimidation, and every trainer has signed the Shock-Free Coalition pledge.
From puppy foundations and everyday obedience to behavior modification for reactivity, anxiety, and resource guarding, Naples Dog Academy works with the whole family to build clear communication and lasting results, treating every dog like one of their own.
Accomplishments
Founder Alle Deuschle is an AKC Canine Good Citizen Approved Evaluator and a CATCH Canine Training Academy Certified Dog Trainer, with a background in psychology and Pet CPR certification. The academy is a member of the Pet Professional Guild and a signatory of the Shock-Free Coalition, with more than 25 years of professional dog training experience.
